These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by K&H Coaching LLC, doing business as Hollie Whaley and Hollie Whaley Inc. including all coaching, programs, events, courses, digital products, and communications.

By accessing our website or enrolling in any service, you agree to these Terms.

By using our website, purchasing services, or participating in programs—including the Builders Circle coaching cohort (trademark pending)—you agree to comply with these Terms.

Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Individual coaching

• Group coaching programs

• The Builders Circle cohort

• Workshops and events

• Consulting services

• Speaking engagements

All services are provided for educational and coaching purposes only. We do not guarantee specific financial or business results.

3. Payment Terms

• All payments are due at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated

• Payment plans must be honored according to the agreed schedule

• Missed payments may result in suspension of services
   

• 4. Refund Policy

Refunds are provided only as explicitly stated within the specific program or service agreement.

Unless otherwise noted:

• Coaching services are non-refundable

• Digital products are non-refundable

• Event registrations may have transfer or credit options

Initiating chargebacks without prior communication may result in termination of services.

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided by K&H Coaching LLC and Hollie Whaley, including but not limited to:

• Training materials

• Workbooks

• Videos

• Coaching frameworks

• Presentations

• Digital downloads

are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company.

You may not copy, distribute, share, or resell any materials without written permission.

6. Confidentiality

Participants in coaching and group programs agree to respect the confidentiality of other members and not share private discussions, materials, or proprietary information.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information

• Engage respectfully

• Use materials for personal use only

• Not misuse or reproduce content

• Abide by all program guidelines

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Services are provided “as is”

• We are not responsible for personal, professional, or financial outcomes

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages

Your success depends on your own effort, implementation, and circumstances.

9. SMS & Email Consent

By submitting your contact information, you consent to receive:

• Text messages

• Email updates

• Promotional communications

You may opt out at any time.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access to services if:

• Payments are not made

• Terms are violated

• Conduct is deemed inappropriate or disruptive

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State in which K&H Coaching LLC is registered and will first be attempted to be resolved through mediation.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation in services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
